The 2022 model year has been the target for the next generation of the Nissan Frontier and it’s finally going to arrive as a new model.

Serious Upgrades to the Powertrain
The powertrain changes for the Nissan Frontier showed up in the 2020 model, but for the new version of this truck, added benefits are included. The new Frontier will usea 3.8-liter V6 engine mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. This engine makes 310 horsepower and 281 lb.-ft. of torque. the transmission is almost double what we had before with the outdated five-speed automatic unit.
Big Changes to the Style of this Truck
The new Frontier features a blockier design that makes it look more like the Titan and Armada. This hardbody influence makes it easy to see this is a new truck and it gives the Frontier a sense of power, presence, and sturdiness when you see it. You’ll see an interlocking appearance in the front with the headlights, bumper, and grille working well to give you the appearance you desire.
Moving to the rear of the Nisan Frontier, you’ll see new taillights, a new tailgate with the Frontier name stamped in into it, and a bigger size for the entire rear. This new truck can be had in nine colors including Baja Storm and Boulder Grey Pearl. You can choose either King Cab or Crew Cab for the build and a bed that goes with the cab to make the Frontier the right truck to drive.
Going Into the Cabin of the Nissan Frontier
An interlocking ruggedness finds its way to the cabin of this impressive truck to be right for you. You’ll see a layered dashboard design and a simplified look to giveyou the style you want. Both types of USB ports are present in this truck and you’ll find storage spaces for all the items you need to take with you when you’re ready to drive. A seven-inch touchscreen is standard with the option for a nine-ich screen in the center.
Plenty of Safety in this Package
The Nissan Safety Shield 360 will be part of the mix with automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alerts, lane departure warning, and automatic high beams are part of the mix.
